the dream team
God is doing great things at Relevant and there are two simple reasons why:
1. He loves us.
2. We have a dedicated team of volunteers (The Dream Team) who serve God and others with a passion.
Serving others is a touchstone of God's kingdom. It's one of the primary ways we become more like His Son. Jesus said, "Whoever wants to be great must become a servant...just as the Son of Man came not to be waited on but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many."
Using our time and talent to serve others is also how God releases His love and generosity upon an unsuspecting world. The apostle Peter wrote, "God has given gifts to each of you from His great variety of spiritual gifts. Use and manage them well so that God's generosity can flow through you." We believe each person has a God-given gift waiting to be used in the service of others. Whether it's serving coffee, visiting someone who's sick, or reading Bible stories to children, joining our Dream Team will help you grow as a follower of Jesus and advance God's cause in the Garden State!
